Project Details
Project Type: Concrete Cutting
Location: 855 N. Vermont Ave. Los Angeles CA 90029
General Contractor: Pankow Builders
Contact: Marvin Hancock
Start Date: 2019
Finish Date: 2021
Services
Fast Forward sawcut existing mechanical chillers into small enough sections in order to remove them out of the building using forklifts, scissor lifts, bobcats and cutting torches.
After successfully removing the chillers, Fast Forward broke and removed the existing slab then excavated the dirt for the new chillers.
We removed roll up doors, roof units and steel support beams for the old roof units because new chillers would have a different roof unit configuration.
Equipment
