This project, located at the heart of an evolving community, called for both selective demolition and hard demolition work across several phases. We were entrusted with the challenge of removing various structures, including partition walls, doors and frames, mezzanine flooring, wood stairs, and a significant amount of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. Our team efficiently handled the soft demolition tasks, ensuring the safe and precise removal of these elements in a timely manner.
Our hard demolition work was no less demanding. We used wall saws to create new openings in brick and CMU walls, allowing for the installation of features like hose boxes and man doors. The team also performed a comprehensive exterior wall demolition, carefully removing large sections of brick and concrete masonry. This work was intricate, requiring a blend of cutting-edge technology and hands-on skill to ensure that the integrity of the surrounding structure was maintained while completing the job with precision.
The slab demolition portion of the project was another significant challenge. We cut and removed thick concrete slabs, utilizing specialized equipment and a well-coordinated team. From flat saws to breakers, and with the assistance of our excavators and Bobcats, we tackled this phase with efficiency and care.
Our commitment to quality, safety, and timeliness was evident throughout the project. The work was completed in record time, but we’re not done yet. Additional tasks such as coring and wall sawing are on the horizon, and we’re prepared to continue delivering top-tier service as the project moves forward.
