Scope of Work:

We provided complete floor protection according to the project’s protection plan, including plywood for the path of travel and Masonite across key areas. Our skilled crew completed a comprehensive list of demolition tasks, including:

  • Partition wall and millwork removal.
  • Demo of wood block flooring & carpet.
  • ACT grid and hard-lid ceiling removal.
  • HVAC duct, light fixture, and wall covering removal.
  • Steel stairs and mezzanine structure demolition.
  • Salvaging donor plates and signage per graphics guidelines.
  • Careful removal of roller shades, railing, TVs, and water fountain.

Each element was tackled with the highest level of care to maintain site integrity and prepare for the next phase of construction.

End Result:

“The job is almost done, with full protection and precision. The team did a great work.”
