Scope of Work
The project required a combination of selective demolition, precision saw cutting, core drilling, and site excavation.
Selective Interior Demolition
Our crew began by carefully removing interior elements while preserving key components for reuse. This included removing and saving doors and frames, demolishing casework and partition walls, removing floor base, and carefully dismantling over 1,300 square feet of raised floor panels.
Wall Sawing and Structural Openings
The team performed precision wall sawing to create a 6′ × 7′ opening, completing approximately 26 linear feet of structural cutting before safely breaking and removing the section.
Exterior Concrete Cutting and Site Work
The exterior phase involved extensive concrete cutting and removal to prepare for the installation of new equipment. Work included saw cutting slabs for new pads, removing over 1,200 square feet of paving, trench excavation, slab demolition, and removal of wheel stops and bollards.
Core Drilling and Equipment Operations
Our operators also drilled large-diameter holes for new bollards and completed about 140 linear feet of saw cutting through 8-inch-thick concrete slabs. Using specialized equipment such as wall saws, flat saws, skid steers, mini-excavators, and auger attachments, the team ensured precise execution and efficient material handling.
