The scope of work also includes site and landscape improvements, vehicle access roads, and the relocation of a celestial observatory structure.

Our team tackled a wide range of tasks, including removing 5,740 square feet of tile flooring and mortar, 3,670 square feet of concrete topping slabs, and 3,600 square feet of sloping concrete roof shingles. Additionally, we removed mechanical and electrical components such as ductwork, panel boards, and light fixtures, covering over 5,700 square feet of space.

The project required precision demolition, including saw-cutting concrete slabs for plumbing trenches and creating new openings in CMU walls, ensuring no overcuts.

We carefully removed 1,650 square feet of T-bar and drywall ceilings in the basement to allow access to salvage equipment. Our crew removed metal fences and gates on the exterior, salvaged rain gutters, and prepared paved areas by removing over 1,200 square feet of concrete paving.

Thanks to Hathaway Dinwiddie’s trust, we continue to assist with additional tasks, ensuring the project remains on schedule and meets the highest quality standards. This ongoing collaboration reflects our commitment to precision, adaptability, and excellence in every aspect of our work.

Fast Forward Concrete Cutting is proud of our contribution to the successful redevelopment of Chaparral Hall. We are committed to delivering high-quality work with precision and reliability on every project. Thank you to Hathaway Dinwiddie and the CSUN team for the opportunity to showcase our capabilities.
